Since day one, CoinMENA has operated entirely remotely. Launched during the pandemic, remote work wasn’t the only option available, but also was the only way forward for us. However, what started as a necessity to survive quickly became our best advantage.

We've built a solid, international team that collaborates seamlessly across borders, demonstrating that creativity and productivity don’t require walls to thrive, and that innovation can flourish from anywhere. More importantly, the remote work module helped us establish a culture of trust, ownership, and an immense sense of belonging. It has proved that it’s not where you work that matters; but rather how you show up for your team.

That said, meeting the team in person is always a welcome change. Nothing compares to sitting around a table, sharing a meal, exchanging ideas while laughing over inside jokes, and simply connecting with the humans behind the screens who share your very same values, goals, and purpose.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach that works for every company, as each organization must find what works best for its team and mission. However, at CoinMENA, we take pride in being a remote-first company. We are proud of the work we do and what we have accomplished so far. And more proud of the people we get to do it with.
